University Examinations

University Examinations are held at the end of each semester as per the official academic schedule. The date-sheet is released by the University and made available on its website. All students must check the schedule in advance and appear as per the prescribed scheme for their discipline.

College Identity Card

Each student is provided with a College Identity Card after admission. Carrying the ID card daily while attending college is compulsory. Students must produce it whenever asked by faculty or staff. Entry to college premises or participation in official activities may be denied without a valid identity card.

Attendance Requirement

To be eligible for semester examinations, a student must attend at least 75% of all scheduled lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions. Attendance is marked only if the student is physically present. Students with less than 75% attendance will be detained and can appear later after fulfilling the requirement.

Anti-Ragging Cell

The Anti-Ragging Cell aims to prevent any form of ragging, teasing, or misbehavior among students. The Cell promotes a safe and respectful environment on campus. Its members are responsible for enforcing discipline and taking action against any incident that affects student dignity or institutional decorum.

Note: The rules/provisions contained in the Prospectus are subject to change by the Principal/Management/AICTE/PTU/Punjab Govt. /UGC and shall be enforceable accordingly.
